Twitter lets app advertisers market via videos
Twitter has launched Video App Card globally, a feature that lets App advertisers market their campaigns through videos. These videos will auto-play within a user's timeline and also provide with an option to install the respective application. According to Twitter , the platform has "helped some advertisers nearly triple their conversion rate from app click to install,"
Pebble launches its first round smartwatch
Smartwatch maker Pebble has launched its first round smartwatch, pebble Time Round, for $249. Claimed to be thinnest and lightest smartwatch in the world, the device is 7.5 millimeters thin and weighs 28 grams, it features a microphone for voice actions, a 64 - colour display with backlight , splash resistance and can run for nearly two days with a 15-minute charge.
Twitter experimenting with user-generated polls
Twitter is reportedly experimenting with the Idea of letting users tweet polls. It has made a feature available to subset of users- including CFO Anthony Noto- where they can embeded polls from Twitter's websites or mobile applications. However , it's unclear whether the feature will be rolled out to a wider audience.
Delhi's air most polluted : World Bank
Delhi has the worst air quality among 381 cities from developing countries , as per the World Bank's report on leveraging urbanisation in South Asia. The report , 19 of the 20 most polluted cities are from Ahmedabad and Lucknow have been ranked among the top 10 most polluted cities.
NOTA to have logo of black cross over ballot
The NOTA or 'None of the Above' option will now have a logo , characterised by a black cross displayed across a ballot paper. Created By Ahmedabad's National Institute of Design , The Logo Will be introduced at the Bihar elections . NOTA was introduced in 2013 to enable voters to practise their right to reject candidates.

After being overwhelmed by an influx of around 13,000 migrants , Croatia on Friday closed its borders shared with Serbia.
Migrants will get food , water and medical help and they can move on .

To ensure 24x7 power supply throughout the country by 2022 , Prime minister Narendra Modi launched Rs 45,000 crore Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS) on Friday , " In the entire country , about Rs 45,000 crore will be spent under IPDS . This Scheme will address many issues , including fraud related to the power sector especially in the urban areas , " Modi said
IIT Guwahati student found dead
A final year B.Tech student of mathematics and computing stream of the indian Institute of Technology , Guwahati was found dead near the institute's Brahmaputra hostel on Friday . The staff of the institute later informed the police and the body of the student was sent for post mortem examination .
The cause of the student's death could not be ascertained , a police official said,
Subhas Chandra Bose (Netaji) didn't die in 1945 crash : Mamata Banerjee
According to chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee Subhas Chandra Bose (Netaji) did not die in the 1945 crash. Banerjee on Friday said, " I have gone through a few pages of these reports and it indicates that Netaji was alive even after August 1945 " WB has declassified 64 files on Netaji , and has urged the Centre to do the Same.

The ABC network on thursday released an 8- minute clip of the pilot episode of Priyanka Chopra Starrer American TV series ' Quantico' The clip gives a glimpse into how Priyanka who plays the role of FBI trainee Alex Parrish, and her fellow FBI recruits , reach their training base in virginia . The full episode will be aired by ABC on september 27.
