A Short Summary:-
The very word
maleficent refers to magnificient . The story is well entertaining for the non
adult audiences with the essence of true
love. The kind of art and scenes shown
in the film which is more or less like a fairy tales refers to its great
creation blugged with animation.
The movie can be
boring for the adult audience because is more or less based on the fairy tales
but for the younger ones I bet they will love it and the pulling of audiences
down the showline will be the younger people coming with their parents and
hence the movie has the chance to attract both adult and younger people and
creating a huge demand. Sometimes you
may feel that the though the movie is going on and you are tired of watching it
and time goes on very slowly and still you are in the dream that the movie will
never end and thus you may feel fedup. But if you really want to enjoy the
movie you have to watch thinking yourself like a small child , that’s sounds to
be funny.
Here in the movie
Angelina Jolie turns out to be a huge monster. You will see her red tongue to
be littering all through the screen and her huge dress comes up like a cloud
which is hoping to catch up with the storm and destroy everything. Her body is
full with huge number of wings and you can see a pair of deadfull horns on her
head and thus creating a perfect but magnificent monster like creature which is the basic theme of the
film. The horns are really big in size and with the beautiful wings she can fly
high. The kind of dress she wears remembers the very beautiful Disney feature
of 1959 which was named as the Sleeping
Beauty.
Indeed the credit for
the film goes to the director Robert Stromberg but one cannot
underestimate the visual effects shown in the film because to put up a fairy
like structure it is the full credit of the visual effects team that how good
they can do their job. At the opening the scene comes with the maleficent
flying and soaring high enjoying her life in the very magical world until a boy named Stefan enters their area of the magical world and as time passes they
become very close friends that thy share each and every bit of their joy and
sorrow with each other. And as more time goes on they fall in love with each
other until their comes a bad intension in Stefan’s mind for grasping all the
magical power. Stefan and maleficent took the first kiss which was said to be
the kiss for true love and Stefan beaks the heart of maleficent when he was not
coming to meet her for years. Now years later the dying king made an
announcement that whoever will kill all the magical creatures including
maleficent will be give the throne of the king after his death. This
announcement plunges into stefan’s heart and he goes to see maleficent to make
his goal of killing all the magical creatures.
Thus Stefan comes close to maleficent and cut of her wings and thus begins the first hate of
maleficent towards Stefan and this kind of hate indulges their first daughter who was just 16 years (the was named
as Aurora in the character) to go to a deep sleep and this sleep can only be
broken if and only if maleficent and Stefan can take a true kiss from their
heart and as from that time onwards maleficent used to hate Stefan so this type
of kiss was impossible for them and thus one can say that aurora would never
get up again.
This film was not
that that much interesting as because some critics told that after a time of 97
minutes it was seen that everyone was talking to their just side ones . Though
the visual effects were good enough it is still not sure how much it can earn revenue. So its upto the audience who will rate the
film according to how much they were entertained.
